FAI Sporting Licenses
A valid FAI Sporting License for 2016 is required and must be obtained through the Competitor’s NAC. All competitors must be registered by their NAC in the FAI Sporting License Database (www.fai.org) before submitting the Official Entry Form to the Organizer.

STEP 1
Provisional Entry
Each NAC will receive an email with log in details/link to the online system.
A NAC’s representative with the status of “Super Admin”, must login online to complete the Provisional Entry and enter the following information:
- Amount of teams in each discipline/event
- Name of each team, Team Captain’s name and email (this will be used to generate logging details for each Team captain)
- Names, birthdays and FAI sporting license numbers for each team member
- Indication of team members participating in more than one event
STEP 2
Once all the information has been submitted to the system, the NAC representative will close the entry and generate the pdf. The PDF document needs to be signed by the NAC and uploaded using the system.
Deadline for Provisional entry: 27.07.2016 (27th of July 2016)
STEP 3
Final Entry
Based on the information submitted, each Team Captain will receive log in details to the system (via e-mail). After logging in, will be required to update and submit the following details:
- Contact details for each team member
- Tshirt size
- Training flight bookings
Once all details of team members have been finalized, Team Captain/Team Administrator will have to pay online using either a credit card or PayPal account. An invoice will be generated automatically.
Deadline for Final entry and payments: 27.08.2016 (27th of August 2016). Final entries will be accepted within 72 hours of the Provisional entry reaching the Organizer.
Should there be any changes to the number of teams or team members, the change can only be made by the NAC Representative (Super Admin).
Late registration: 01.09.2016 (1st of September 2016).
Late registration after 1st of September 2016 may be accepted only if capacity allows. The registration fee will be increased by 20%. Sanction fee will remain unchanged.
Rest Hotel is located 30 m from the tunnel.
Once the team has registered and registration fees have been paid, the team will receive booking code. Booking can be done via email and instructions will be supplied.
Once all rooms are fully booked at the Rest Hotel, other competitors can be placed in the Mazukas Hotel located 4 km from the tunnel. Flyspot will supply shuttle transport.
